DIRECTIONS: As simply regular creatine replenishment, take 3-5 capsules daily preferably before a carbohydrate containing meal. If you wish to cycle creatine use and implement a “loading phase”, depending on your bodyweight take 2-4 servings daily before meals, especially before your post-workout meal. Take the servings apart from each other for maximum effect. Load for 1-2 weeks, then decrease daily dose to a maintenance level of 1-2 servings.
