Q: How do I shop online with SCW?
A: You can browse via category or jump straight to your favorite brand. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand, you just need to email us your question! Once you have viewed the reviews and have made you choice simply place the items in you basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand of the page) this will take you through to check-out.
Q: How do I register an account?
A: There are two ways for you to register, you can either click on the 'Register' tab in the top left hand corner of the site and fill out our simple form. however if you prefer you can search through our site, find the supplements you require and click add to basket. Click on View cart / Checkout, this will lead you to the shopping cart, where you will be prompted to register with us, its real simple.
Q: How do I add a review?
A: Click on the supplement of you choice; then click the 'write a review' tab. You can enter your own review to help other members find the best supplements in the future.
Q: What do you do with my personal details?
A: At SCW we Endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and Athlete newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time).
Q: What if my Supplements are smashed up in the post?
A. Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with your goods upon receipt due to damage then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. We will be happy to replace any damaged goods.
Q: Who will be delivering my order?
A: All our parcels at the moment are sent via the courier Parcel Force or on our own vans.
A: Parcel Force: A signature is required at the time of delivery at all time and there are never any exceptions. Should you be out then a card will be left for you to either reattempt a delivery or you may collect your order from your local main post office, normally noted on the card. At the time of checkout you can tick the 'Leave with a neighbour' box, if you may be out. Delivery can be from 8.30am unitl 5.30pm.
A; Our Own Vans: If you have made a sizable order and are located within our distribution area then we will deliver your goods on our own vehicles. By delivering on our own vans we ensure damages are kept to a minimum as our drivers handle your goods with tender loving care!
Q Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, of course, but you need to be quick about it! Please send an email to help@supplementclearanceworld.co.uk to let us know you wish to cancel quoting your order number.
Q: Part of my order is missing
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please get in touch by emailing us. Let us know the Order Number and the Product Code or Product Name of the item you wanted, and we'll look into it.
We'll usually be able to send you the item we missed out, but in on the rare occasion that isn't possible, we'll refund the money you paid for it.
Q: A mistake has been made with my order
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to sort them out as smoothly as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Care. and let us know.
Q: Do you deliver to my country?
At the moment we only have shipping for the UK Mainland available. However if you you do not live UK Mainland but you wish to order then send us an email and we will give you a competitve quote for shipping to you.
Q: Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
