Directions: PRO LONG is ideal when meals are too far apart for some reason, or before going to bed. If you use pre- and intra-workout nutrition (including protein or amino acids), it may be preferable to include casein as the post-workout protein. Typically protein intake from shakes is limited to 50% of total daily protein consumption - use accordingly. Mix 1-2 servings with any liquid to prepare a shake. Use 350 ml liquid per scoop and shake vigorously!
