Directions
PROMIX can be used with any meal to boost its protein content or by itself. Typically protein intake from shakes is limited to 50% of total daily protein consumption – use accordingly. Mix 1-2 servings with any liquid to make a shake. Use 300 ml water, milk or juice per scoop.
