Directions: Pour the content of 1 foil pouch into a glass and add 400 ml (14 fl. oz.) cold water to get a great tasting drink in a couple of seconds. Do not swallow powder undissolved!

The best times to use Pump Sport FX would be in order of importance: right after training, upon awakening on an empty stomach, and 10 minutes before carbohydrate-rich meals. Always drink Pump Sport FX by itself first then preferably consume carbohydrate-rich food after a few of minutes to drive the absorbed creatine from the bloodstream into your muscles. Do not use Pump Sport FX right after meals.
