Hard training individuals need “fast acting” whey protein isolate in the morning and pre/post workout and 'slow release' casein protein before bedtime and at other times when protein won’t be consumed for several hours.
Each serving contains between 12 - 12.5 grams of protein from premium whey protein isolate (with no inferior concentrates) and 12 - 12.5 grams of protein from low-heat, ultrafiltered, native micellar casein (no inferior caseinates) for a total of 24 - 25 grams of protein per serving.
